Flexible electronics - Flexible electronics is a technology for building electronic circuits by depositing electronic devices on flexible substrates such as plastic. In the simplest case, flexible electronics can be made by using the same components used for rigid printed circuit boards.
Integrated circuit layout - Integrated circuit layout, also known IC layout or IC mask layout is the representation of an integrated circuit in terms of planar geometric shapes that correspond to shapes actually drawn on photomasks used in semiconductor device fabrication.
Integrated circuit packaging - Integrated circuit packaging is the final stage of semiconductor device fabrication per se, followed by IC testing.
Circuit reliability - Circuit reliability (also time availability) (CiR) is the percentage of time an electronic circuit was available for use in a specified period of scheduled availability. Circuit reliability is given by where T o is the circuit total outage time, Ts is the circuit total scheduled time, and T a is the circuit total available time.

[1] There are two main categories of nanotubes: single-walled (SWNT) and multi-walled (MWNT). Stronger than the sp3 bonds found in diamond, this bonding structure provides them with their unique strength. Nanotubes are composed entirely of spē bonds, similar to a fullerene, but where a fullerene's carbon atoms form a sphere, a nanotube is cylindrical and each end is typically capped with half a fullerene molecule. Nanotubes naturally align themselves into "ropes" held together by Van der Waals force . Under high pressure, nanotubes can merge together, trading some sp2 bonds for sp3 bonds, giving great possibility for producing strong, unlimited-length wires through high-pressure nanotube linking.
